Watch out for this company; they won't stand by their warranty. My hub motor quit functioning just three weeks in, and when I reached out to Possway, they requested videos of the problem. I sent them the clips along with multiple emails and texts, but they just ghosted me. What a total scam! This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Seriously, steer clear of POSSWAY or you'll end up getting ripped off!

I’m sharing a quick rundown of my experience here, for more info check out posswaysucks.com. I picked up the Possway T3 in early October. On the second day of using it, the charging flap came off while I was trying to close it. I had only touched that part a couple of times before. After a week of riding, the remote started acting up a lot. Whenever I tried to stop accelerating, I had to press the dial back. That’s not how it’s supposed to work, and I could easily crash into something while trying to brake. A month later, the battery died when I was just 2 miles from home. They sent a replacement battery, but then the deck cracked. After that, the new remote began to jam as well. Just a few days later, the deck developed another crack. Customer support completely ignored our issues and stopped replying. Because of the remote jamming, I ended up falling and scraped my elbow, which got all swollen.

The after-sales support is basically non-existent. The brand messed up their website update and ended up sending me a T2 model instead of the T3 I ordered. No chance for a return or exchange. Really disappointing experience overall.

I got the T3 pretty quick! But my wheels and battery pack are still missing. Just yesterday, I got my wheel pack, but the battery pack is still not here. I reckon I’ll be waiting for a third shipment for this one order.

I received all that I required. The delivery and customer service could be a bit faster, but aside from that, my experience was quite enjoyable!

All in all, this was a solid experience. The board made its way from California to North Carolina super fast. You really can't beat the specs for the price. I'm really enjoying riding this board, and the standout feature for me are the wheels. They can tackle just about anything a city street throws at it. The only reason I can't give it a full 5-star rating is due to some minor issues. The charging port lacks an indicator light like what was shown on the website. This makes it tough to know the battery level without firing up the board and remote. Plus, the remote isn't exactly intuitive or easy to use. You press the reverse button to switch between lo-mi-hi mode, but to reverse, you gotta double click the power button. That just doesn’t make much sense. Other than that, this board is top-notch, and I’d suggest it to anyone on the hunt for a great budget board out there.
